There is also a co-working space (meeet) in the building itself, should you need more flexible space, want to book workshop rooms, studios for video conferences and video training or event spaces.
1 parking space in the courtyard is also rented (only accessible with a parking card), there are plenty of bicycle parking spaces available.
Furniture can be taken over on request (VB); the area can also be handed over unfurnished.
The rental contract runs until May 31, 2023, but could also be extended earlier if necessary or you could negotiate directly with the landlord about a longer-term rental relationship.

Remarks:
The office space on the ground floor is in very good condition. The toilets have recently been renovated. The kitchenette is in good condition and very well equipped.
Office rooms are partly separated with glass walls.
Due to the loft character, the rooms are cool even in summer.
Currently 25 workstations are accommodated, however the meeting room could also serve as an office and accommodate a further 6 workstations.
Fiber Optic Internet Connection. The Internet contract can be taken over on request (up to 500 MB (upload & download).
